Refund policy

There are NO refunds. All sales are final, except in the following instances:

Damaged Products: 

We will exchange a product that has been damaged during the shipping process. 

The following steps are required to be eligible for a return:

1. You must contact us immediately (Window for exchanges must be within 48 hours of the delivery of the item). 

2. Pictures of the damaged item MUST be included along with your order number.

We will NOT exchange any product without proof of damage. 

3. Must be willing to ship the item back (if asked), we will cover the shipping cost.

Wrong/Missing items:

Please immediately inspect your order upon receipt. In the event that you have received the wrong or missing items, please take the following steps:

1. Contact us immediately with your order number and pictures. 

2. Products must be unused and in good condition. We will not be able to exchange or replace without photos included in the email. 

3. Must be willing to send the product back, if asked. We will cover the cost. 

Missing items: 

Please contact us immediately. Once we confirm that we did not pack your item, we will immediately ship out  the missing item(s) at no cost to you. Please bring this to our attention immediately upon receipt as you run the risk of product being sold out.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards..
